Stop at Mini Súper El Cayuco on the Carretera a Pichilingue before heading to the beach. Show your receipt and receive your physical wristbands. Open daily 6:30 AM – 11:30 PM.

Wear your physical wristband at all times inside the protected area. Access is limited to 450 visitors per official shift. The wristband does not guarantee entry.

No. The wristband is required to enter, but entry also depends on available official capacity (450 visitors per shift), operating hours, weather conditions, and authority instructions. We strongly recommend arriving early.
No. The wristband is physical — it cannot be sent digitally. You will receive an email payment receipt, but you must collect the physical wristband at Mini Súper El Cayuco before heading to Balandra.

Official shifts are from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. These hours are set by CONANP and subject to change without prior notice.
No. Wristbands are not refundable once picked up or used. If you cannot make it to Balandra, you may transfer the wristband to another person before your visit date.
National wristbands (blue, ~$192 MXN / $11 USD) are for Mexican citizens and residents. International wristbands (red, ~$280 MXN / $16 USD) are for visitors from other countries. Please select the correct category when purchasing.
