Balandra: terms of use of the service

VisitBalandra.com is a private, independent service that facilitates the advance purchase and pickup of physical wristbands to visit Playa Balandra. VisitBalandra.com does not belong to and is not affiliated with the Mexican Government, the National Commission of Natural Protected Areas (CONANP), the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (SEMARNAT) or any other government entity.

Wristbands are purchased directly at the CONANP offices and made available to the customer at Mini Súper El Cayuco, with extended hours. A convenience fee is charged for this service.

Upon completing the purchase, the customer receives only a payment receipt by email with an order number. This receipt is NOT the wristband and does NOT grant access to Playa Balandra.

• Pickup location: Mini Súper El Cayuco, Guillermo Prieto 233 entre Heroes del 47 y Fco King Romero, La Paz, BCS, 23020.
• Hours: 6:30 AM – 11:00 PM · Lun–Dom.
• Requirement: payment receipt or order number. For the national rate, official Mexican ID may be requested.
• Wristbands are not sent by email, WhatsApp or any courier service.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD); Mexican pesos (MXN) are shown for reference. PayPal charges are made in USD.

MXN prices are for reference, calculated at an approximate exchange rate of $18.50. The actual PayPal charge may vary with the applicable exchange rate. Prices may change without notice.

The wristband is not a reservation and does not guarantee access to Playa Balandra. Entry depends on available capacity (maximum 450 visitors per shift), official hours, environmental conditions, possible temporary closures and the instructions of the competent authority.

The currently published official hours are 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, subject to change without notice by the authorities.

Physical wristbands purchased through VisitBalandra.com are non-refundable once they have been picked up or used. If the customer cannot attend, the wristband may be transferred to another person before the visit date.

In the event of an official beach closure due to force majeure or by order of the authority, VisitBalandra.com will evaluate each case individually.

By completing the purchase, the customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks with PayPal or their bank for wristbands already delivered.

VisitBalandra.com assumes no liability for:

• Inability to enter the beach due to full capacity, weather conditions, emergency closures or instructions from the authority.
• Changes to hours, fees or access conditions established by CONANP or other authorities.
• Incidents, injuries or damages occurring inside the Protected Natural Area.
• Losses resulting from failing to pick up the physical wristband before the visit.

The processing of personal data provided during the purchase is governed by our Privacy notice and our Cookie policy.
