Visit Balandra

We are an independent agency, not affiliated with the government. While the official bracelet shows a price of 60 MXN, obtaining it through the official process involves visiting the CONANP office, filling out paperwork, going to a designated bank for payment, and then returning to the office to collect your bracelets.

A bracelet is required to access Balandra Bay.

Entry Limit

Access is limited to the first 450 visitors per time slot.

Morning: 8 AM – 12 PM Afternoon: 1 PM – 5 PM

--Pickup Confirmation: You may be asked to present your receipt and/or ID and confirm your pickup with a signature or photo.

-- Non-Refundable Once Picked Up: Once collected, your bracelet is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

-- No Shows or Missed Pickups are not eligible for refunds.

-- Disputes: By agreeing to these terms, you waive the right to initiate a chargeback due to non-receipt after pickup.

Your bracelet grants access to protected areas and is required for entry. Please keep it safe and wear it at all times during your visit.
